In February 2009 a friend saw I had a Twitter account and had acquired a quick following and he wanted to know how I did it and if I could do it for a company he worked for as they were interested.

That was the start of my career as a Professional Tweeter.

A year later and I was tweeting for 12 companies around the world! Overall followings on all client accounts in that time reached 200,000+. Middle of 2010, I expanded with teaching companies to train their own staff to be Professional Tweeters, creating more sales for them, plus creating a new front of Customer Services.

Hetfield Services cover a range of services in Administration, but specialising in Professional Tweeting.

Companies that I have worked for over the years that have added to my skills and qualifications are: Sales in the Energy Centre for British Gas, Sales and Complaints with British Telecom, I also continually benefit from self development exercises and my current Life Coach is Bruce Kidson.

Qualified in Administration Services since 1989, with typing speeds of up to 70 wpm and audio typing, plus Diplomas in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Telephone Customer Services and e-Customer Services including Customer Complaints and Sales.

Photography has always been a passion, so even better when that can be included with my work, from just daily photographs of normal life to unique photographs that cannot be explained in words.

Web Design became part of my achievements in 2004 as a way forward with the ever continual curve of learning & my flare for Blogging grew along with this. Most of my blogs can be viewed at Mel's Vyouz otherwise see my blog, which will get you started too on Tweeting at Hetfield Services Blog.

Twitter I believe to be one of the most excellent ways to communicate, advertise and learn more from fellow tweeters. With that belief I help companies by becoming their Customer Service via Twitter, creating an excellent avenue for more customers and supporting clients. As I tweet for multipule accounts I have a unique name for each account chosen by the company to represent them. Each account receives a minimum of 300 clicks to their websites, without spamming, making Twitter one of the cheapest mass advertsing platforms! Remember it's not just about followers, but how you interact !
